Behavioral Health Program Manager Responsibilities :
- Foster a team atmosphere that encourages growth, positive communication, and teamwork within the program.
- Develop and manage clinical programs for adults.
- Provide clinical supervision to the team.
- Embrace trauma-informed principles to guide relationships with staff and clients.
- Develop and promote the organization's principles, policies, and procedures.
Behavioral Health Program Manager Qualifications :
- LICSW, LMHC, or other independent license required must be licensed in RI or have reciprocal license
- Master's Degree in human services or related field required
- 4+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
