Salary : $165,000 - $190,000 per year

Based in the Midwest with a large presence in Florida, we aim to enhance the quality of multifamily housing throughout the country through real estate development, construction and property management.
We have developed over $2.9 billion worth of real estate. Our property management branch has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US for three consecutive years on the Inc.
5000 list. We are building out a construction division that can operate as the GC for our projects.
We are looking for our next great leader in Tampa. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager looking to take that next step or a existing Project Executive looking for a change to join the team!

Job Details

- 10+ years’ experience in Construction management
- Extensive experience with ground up multi-family projects required
- Existing experience building ground up multi-family construction in the state of Florida
- Ability to step into a leadership role and take on multiple large $30M+ multi-family projects
