We are searching for a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support our project-based training initiatives at a cutting-edge AI technology company.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our training programs and play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our team members.

Key Responsibilities :

Training Program Development : Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement engaging training programs that meet the needs of various departments.

Coordination and Scheduling : Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring seamless logistics and participant attendance.

Content Creation : Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources to support effective learning experiences.

Facilitate Training Sessions : Conduct training sessions either in person or virtually, guiding participants through interactive learning activities.

Training Evaluation : Collect feedback from trainees, assess training effectiveness, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Training Database Management : Maintain training records, track attendance, and generate reports on training activities and outcomes.

Qualifications :

Experience : Previous experience in coordinating training programs or related educational initiatives is preferred.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field. Certification in Training and Development is a plus.

Skills :

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
