The Life Policy Services department is currently seeking an associate customer service representative.
The pay range for this position is $ - $ hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based onpany and individual performance.

Be ready to :
- handles high volume of phone calls
- receives customers' requests by telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail; analyzes request, provides needed service or information as needed.
- processes loans, withdrawals, required minimum distributions (RMD), surrenders, beneficiary / ownership changes, reinstatements, contractual changes, collateral assignments, external 1035 / transfers
- refers transactions for approval by the Life Underwriter and / or Assoc. Manager as outlined in the Lines of Authority
- assist in the formulation of various reports as needed
- ability to serve as a back-up for the Policy Service Coordinator as needed
- visit with agents / agencies
- attend sales meetings
Be equipped with :
- ability to collaborate and work independently
- excellent oral and writtenmunication skills
- good decision-making skills
Bring education and experience from :
- a high school education
- encouraged to pursue further continuing education - including pursuit of accredited insurance class / exam (such as LOMA), MAPS Certification, or equivalent
