We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, Wholesale Performance Media to drive high growth with Levi’s important wholesale partners.

You will be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative digital marketing strategy. You will manage the portfolio of online performance marketing channels to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention across Levi’s wholesale partners.

Your role will involve working with cross-functional team members and external vendors. You will report into the Senior Manager, Performance Media.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.

About the Job

  • Oversee performance media in many channels across Levi’s US & CA wholesale.com partners including Amazon, Macy’s, & Kohls marketing channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize incremental revenue and achieve our goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends (consumer spending behavior, promotional landscape, competitive environment).
  • Manage agency partners daily and long term roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with business owners, site merchants, creative, brand, and other teams to deliver ongoing business results.
  • Partner with DTC, brand, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment in consumer experience and identify opportunities for operational and performance efficiencies.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate performance against forecast and share performance data with partners.
  • Be the internal champion of performance marketing throughout the company.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing in an ecommerce environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing channels (ex. Google, Amazon, Criteo).
  • Experience managing agencies, managing a sizeable budget, and building out marketing programs at scale.
  • Knowledgeable about attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV analysis.
  • Familiar with leveraging first and third-party data to drive consumer insights and audience strategies.
  • Excellent quantitative analytics skills, must be able to use data to power marketing decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600 -$146,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.

The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
