Program Manager Role* * This position will project manage a variety of digital projects / products coming out of the consumer experience department, specifically programs that support various lines-of-business efforts.

Large initiatives all 2023 work will be to decompose and get backlogs caught up to the current date. Then raise the bar higher in terms of product discipline with future planned work in 2024.

This is phase 1 but next steps will go into 2024).* Acts as a program manager between various shared service resources (design, copywriting, legal approval, clinical review, etc), business leaders and the technical teams (in concert with technical scrum-masters in the agile development process).

Partner with Cx-Digital Product Managers to manage project timelines to ensure alignment with business and technology project plans (e.

g., capital / funding commitments, global capabilities timelines, functional impacts, cross-functional roles capacity, etc).

• Lead efforts to fulfill defined strategies to follow the digital vision and strategy of their omni-channel experience, following established (and evolving) digital product development practices and holding cross-functional teams responsible for deliverable timeframes (managing the risks of dependencies).
• Oversee the program plans for the development of new or redesigned digital properties and associated dependencies (websites, features, etc), from inception to launch.

Accountable for monitoring and measuring program milestones, measures of success KPI’s, and completion of annual commitments.
