Choice Healthcare Services is a Pediatric Dental Service Organization with over 40 offices in California. We are looking for providers to work 2-10 days a month in various offices.
Requirements :
- Own Mobile Unit
- Provide all medications
- Willing to be enrolled in Denti-Cal
- Pediatric Endorsement to treat children under 7 yrs old
- Dental Anesthesia license in CA or Dental GA permit in CA
- Able to provide services in our dental clinics

- Antioch (1-2 days / mo)
- Chico (16 days / mo)
- Fresno (2-4 days / mo)
- Lodi (10 days / mo)
- San Francisco (12 days / mo)
- Modesto (5 days / mo)
- Natomas (11-14 days / mo)
- Vallejo (5 days / mo)
- Vacaville (10 days / mo)
- Yuba City (4-7 days / mo)
- Reno (2-4 days / mo)
Compensation
- Daily minimum guarantee - $3500 (negotiable)
- Pay per case - $600-650 / 60min; $700-750 / 90min
Basic Info
- Avg 6-8 cases / day
- 1099 contractors only
- Patient base if 85% denti-cal, but we accept ALL insurances
- Typical day is from 7a-3p
