What you'll bring
Who You Are :
- As a Tax Expert,you have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or morefederal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial taxpreparation software.
- You possess an active,unrestricted credential : EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney withstrong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of taxlaws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number(PTIN).
- You are passionate about helpingclients navigate the complexities of taxation, and you're committedto enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empoweringthem to prepare their taxes.
- You possessexcellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interactwith customers through video and audio tools in a professional,friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need :
- Must have (orbe willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connectionthat meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Must bewilling and available to work a minimum of 20 hours perweek.

How you will lead
What You Will Do :
- In thisrole, you will help our customers complete their taxes using IntuitTurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full service returnpreparation, tax calculations, and managing product / softwareinquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of"Powering Prosperity Around the World."
- Youwill utilize government websites, professional resources, and teamexpertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customerusing everyday language.
- This is a virtual,customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art videocommunication software to interact with customers, and you willdocument interactions to maintain accurate records.
