Job Summary
The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst - IT will report to the Senior FP&A Analyst and provide financial support and insight in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for the information technology department(s).
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process for the IT team
- Assist with month-end close and variance analysis
- Manage cost allocation methodologies
- Provide transparent technology expense analysis
- Analyze financial information and reports for management recommendations
- Assist with risk assessment analyses and valuations
- Conduct formal presentations as needed
- Monitor performance indicators and analyze variances
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Improve departmental performance and processes
Required Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 2+ years of FP&A experience with IT background
- Franchising and JIRA experience a plus
- Ability to interact with senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
