The role will be based in Loveland, CO. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager - Aerospace and Defense in Keysight's Aerospace & Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) group, you will lead a cross-functional team of System, Mechanical, and Software engineers in the development and delivery of custom test systems solutions that test our customer's unique products.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, supporting one or more customers. You will be expected to build strong trusted relationships with our customers ensuring we completely understand their needs and system requirements.

As a Project Manager, you will assist our business development team in generating accurate and compelling proposals in support of generating new business.

The Project Manager is responsible for :

  • The successful execution of each project
  • Requirement and design reviews
  • Schedule management
  • Resource requirements
  • Risk management
  • Product development
  • Integration and test
  • Delivery and post-delivery support

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills :

  • BS or MS degree in an Engineering field is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook, and Project) is a must
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a customer and factory facing role (Applications engineering, Product Management, Product Development) is required
  • Must have 3+ years as a Project or Program Manager
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of RF and test systems is a plus
  • Experience in developing custom test solutions is preferred
  • Chosen candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interface and communicate effectively with our team and our customers
  • Candidate will require exceptional organizational skills and be comfortable working in an agile fast-paced environment
  • Based on customer requirements, Candidate must be a US Citizen; This position requires a U.S. person. Employment in this position for non-U.

S. persons is contingent on the ability to obtain any required government authorizations.

Based on Customer program requirements, Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a US Govt Security Clearance for specific government contract requirements

This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.

Under these laws and regulations, U.S. persons (which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) working for Keysight can access export-controlled items without authorization from the U.

S. government. For any individual who is not a U.S. person, Keysight may need authorization from the U.S. Department of State, U.

S. Department of Commerce, or other appropriate federal agency before the individual can access export-controlled items. Employment in this position for non-U.

S. persons is contingent on Keysight's ability to obtain any required government authorizations.

Colorado pay range : MIN $96,150.00- Max $160,250.00

Note : For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.

This role is eligible for the Keysight Results Bonus Program.
