Job Details
- Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IU Health will not allow IN RN's to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9 / 9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11 / 30).
- Periop / OR RN's, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
- These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11 / 30 deadline.
- Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.
- Special Requirements : PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, accessing ports, starting IVs.
- PREFERRED EXP : neuro and oncology experience; Central Line Care / Management; monitoring chemotherapy.
