We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team full-time in Southlake, Texas.

Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Marketing Specialist to enhance our team. This role combines copywriting and graphic design to create compelling marketing materials and visually engaging content that aligns with our brand strategy.

Copywriting :

Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.

• Craft and edit compelling headlines, calls-to-action, and promotional content to engage and convert target audiences.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Graphic Design :

Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, email templates, brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create and modify designs.
• Ensure all visual content is optimized for different platforms and devices.
• Strategy & Collaboration :

Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop marketing strategies and campaign ideas.

• Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform content and design decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed adjustments and improvements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Brand Management :

Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and guidelines.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in both copywriting and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in each area.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
