At your local Dairy Queen , we're looking for a rockstar Assistant Manager to join our team!
If learning new things, working alongside friendly co-workers and making a difference in the lives of others is what you’re all about, then DQ is the place for you! Our Assistant Managers will support the General Manager by leading their assigned shift and making sure all DQ standards are met.
This will include maintaining all food safety and cleanliness guidelines, as well as leading our team to give our fans the level of service that will exceed their expectations.
As a Dairy Queen Assistant Manager, you’ll learn the business side of the restaurant with cost management, inventory control, cash reconciliation and upselling.

Here's what you’ll bring to the table :
- Positive attitude and willingness to serve others
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to and pass a background check
- Over the age of 18
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
