About the Role :
The Back up Truss Driver plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of truss materials to various construction sites. This position requires the driver to operate heavy vehicles responsibly while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. The driver will be responsible for loading, securing, and unloading truss components, maintaining accurate delivery records, and communicating effectively with dispatch and site personnel. This role demands a high level of reliability and professionalism to support construction schedules and client satisfaction. Ultimately, the Back up Truss Driver contributes to the smooth operation of the supply chain by ensuring materials arrive on time and in excellent condition. When not driving, employee will work in one of several areas in the plant helping to pull components for other orders, stocking materials, cleaning, prepping loads for shipping, ETC.
