What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in promoting and selling Tarkett Sports products to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, universities, and architectural firms
- Conduct sales presentations and site visits to showcase products and solutions
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and provide feedback on sales opportunities
- Attend trade shows to market products and follow up on leads
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and / or training
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during certain months of the year
- Strong organizational and self-motivation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience in sales or business development within the flooring or sports surface industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
- Knowledge of architectural and engineering processes related to sports facilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and adversity in sales situations
- Previous experience attending trade shows and marketing products
