Manages the day-to-day maintenance and operations of one (1) or more assigned facilities. Assists leaders with facility master plans, provides recommendations and develops reports.
Assists leaders in coordinating athletic facility maintenance, grounds, in-house construction and custodial services, ensuring compliance with applicable policy and state regulations.
Assists with budget management and development. Assists leaders with facilities management including major construction, mechanical and building maintenance services.
Monitors and provides recommendations for energy usage and develops programs to reduce energy consumption. Assists leaders with the development and reporting analyses of capital, construction and operational budgets.
Manages daily athletic facility operations including, game day staff supervision, and practice and event set-up and tear-down.
Assists leaders in developing and implementing short- and long- range master facilities plans. Coordinates with University staff and ensures adherence to maintenance schedules for all athletic facilities and playing fields.
Compiles status reports for management.
One (1) year of directly related experience in a collegiate or professional sports setting.
Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information. Frequent 60-90%
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Occasional 30-60%
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Occasional 30-60%
