We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new building and turn key building construction projects.
Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member. You will manage new building projects for industrial and manufacturing clients.
- The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following areas;
- Ground Up Construction
- Turn Key building projects
- Design, Engineering knowledge
- Site Utility and Foundation knowledge
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Scopes.
- Submittals and Permitting Procedures
- Sub-Contractor Management
- Customer Facing and Main Point of Contact
Preferred skills include :
Would be able to manage ground-up, turn key projects including :
- Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting Processes
- Site Utility Work
- Foundations
- Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Scopes
