Our Customer Service Representative Role :
- Execute and accurately complete customer orders directly
- Retain up to date knowledge of company products and sales promos
- Create orders, schedule appointments, and collaborate with multiple departments such as sales to improve customer satisfaction
- Communicate and establish relationships directly with customers
- Create a positive and fun work culture and promote teamwork
- Assist customers in determining ordering requirements or services to fit their needs
- Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
Desired Qualifications for our Customer Service Representative :
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Skilled in relationship building
- Attentive and great at active listening
- Clear communicator with the ability to use positive language
- LOVE for people and passion for helping others
- Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when customers are stressed or upset
- Ambitious go-getter
- Team player with the ability to accomplish individual goals
