Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes :
- Conducting hourly club walk-throughs to maintain tip-top cleanliness and functionality.
- Being the friendly face at the front desk, providing info, solving problems, and answering questions like a pro.
- Keeping things shipshape by identifying and submitting work orders daily.
- Taking the lead on club radio calls, swooping in with solutions.
- Mastering our club software systems so you can navigate them with ninja-like precision.
- Educating team members and members alike on company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring our team hits the mark on punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness.
