The work, and what you'll do :
This position will require a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of mechanical systems and their integration with electronics, particularly in specialized fields like vacuum technology, cryogenics, and electronics packaging.
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience, from conceptualizing new products to overseeing their production and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What you'll need :
- BS and 15+ years of experience in manufacturing mechanical systems that interact with electronics.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas : Vacuum systems, Cryogenics, Electronics packaging and interconnects, Custom electronics assemblies
- Experience throughout the product lifecycle, from early-stage concept development to small-scale production and quality control.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and government regulations (e.g., export control, IP protection)
Clearance requirement : TS / SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs). Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
