Director of Maintenance
Springfield Senior Living Center, located on Wyndmoor Hills Campus is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Director. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance in a building.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Director :
- Plan, develop, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department.
- Monitor the performance of maintenance staff by observing staff on all units, on all shifts, and interviewing facility staff, residents, and families.
Perform quality assurance functions, including regular compliance rounds.
- Directly supervise employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the facility policies.
- Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.
- Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Review the department’s policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc., at least annually for revisions and make recommendations to the Administrator.
- Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).
Qualifications of Maintenance Director :
- One year of maintenance experience.
- Skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
- Knowledge of fire and life safety.
- Valid driver's license.
