Responsibilities :
- Maintain detailed records of all equipment maintenance and repairs carried out at the facilities in San Jose, CA, US.
- Ensure prompt response to maintenance requests and efficient management of maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on various equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to guarantee optimal performance and address any necessary repairs effectively.
- Regularly inspect building windows, walls, and doors for any damages and proceed with the required repairs promptly.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance protocols to boost equipment efficiency and minimize safety risks for the facilities in San Jose, CA, US.
Qualifications :
- Availability to respond to on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures are necessary.
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail are important qualities for the ideal candidate.
- A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience is required for this role.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
