Who are you?You are a highly motivated, experienced Design Operations leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in a world-class design organization.

You enjoy developing and implementing complex design operations strategies, processes, and tools to optimize team productivity and impact.

You a great team player who can lead and inspire a design operations team to build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence?

You have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and ROI in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

You are eager to make a big impact as a global leader and help shape the future of Experience as a Service through world-class design.

As a key member of the design leadership team, you will : Develop and implement design operations strategies, processes, and tools to optimize design team productivity, collaboration, and impact.

Partner closely with design, product, and engineering leaders to align on design execution, quality, and velocity in alignment with the product strategy and roadmap.

Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote a growth mindset, encourage risk-taking, and celebrate successes and learnings.

Partner with HR and other leaders to ensure the design organization's culture and values are reflected in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and recognition processes.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to help designers grow their skills and advance their careers.

To be successful in this role, you should have : 10+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a design organization.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to partner effectively with cross-functional leaders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and implement impactful solutions.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and adapt to rapidly changing business needs.

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.$205,750.00 - $403,750.00
