MJ Morgan Group is seeking experienced Manufacturing Associates to join a Rubber Manufacturing Team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
Qualifications :
- Strong math skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Math test and driver's license required.
- No prior experience needed; the role requires time to learn.

- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
Responsibilities :
- Perform blasting and complete job orders for a custom rubber manufacturing shop.
- Unpackage crates / parts in shipping and receiving.
- Use hand tools, power equipment, cranes, and forklifts.
- Inspect parts for damage, repair as needed, and assess rubber type and conditions.
- Take precise measurements with various instruments.
- Operate mills, extruders, presses, and other machines to produce custom rubber parts.
