About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Medical Surgical Float Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not Specified Experience : 2 Years Required License : Nursing License (Pending License Accepted, Must Obtain Prior to Starting) Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : - Flu Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)- Online learning modules completed pre-start Job Description : Provide care and administer treatment to patients in an Ortho / Med Surg unit.
- Work in a unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 5 / 6.- Open to working weekends every other week.- Float within the scope to meet facility needs, including 5 Medical Surgical and 4 Telemetry units.
- Participate in a 16-hour orientation session.- Engage in ongoing compliance and learning modules.- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment and assist various departments as required.
