You will be responsible for greeting our guests, cashier and making coffee orders.
Maintain cleanliness of front line, bathrooms + patio area, take out trash, bus and clean tables and chairs.
Restock utensils, napkins and beverage station.
Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu to effectively communicate all ingredients (and potential food allergies) to guests.
Responsible for full cycle food and drink service; receive and relay orders, process payment, make drinks and if needed deliver orders to assigned tables in a timely manner;
Issue receipts, change, and / or refunds.
Ensure customers are satisfied with their order and drinks.
Responsible for the quality and presentation of each coffee cup.
No experience required!
