This is position is primarily in the office and not heavily in the field!

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct consultations and follow-up visits with patients.
- Coach family members on things they can do as a caregiver under state guidelines.
- Speaking with case managers, patients about diagnosis.
Qualifications :
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Experience as Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
