Litigation Associate Attorney
Location : Orlando, FL
Our client, an esteemed AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join their fast-paced litigation team in Orlando.
This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse commercial litigation matters in one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Florida (required).
- 4-6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation and business torts .
- Proficient in taking and defending depositions , drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions .
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including real property litigation, banking, creditors’ rights, contract disputes, construction litigation, probate matters, partition, business valuation, merger litigation, and governmental zoning and land use litigation.
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery (including e-discovery), and conduct depositions to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality legal services that meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Provide comprehensive case management, from initial pleadings to resolution.
