Summary :
Cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation and infection control standards.
Responsibilities :
Regularly collects and disposes of all food related and recyclable waste / trash.
Performs ware washing duties per safety guidelines. Can include but is not limited to : dish machine and three compartment pot sink.
May transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas.
Complies with internal policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory requirements / standards regarding kitchen safety and sanitation.
Cleans and maintains carts and kitchen equipment, using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
