Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for Dishwashers. $500 Sign on Bonus paid out after 90 days.
Responsibilities :
- General cleaning duties : floors, walls, racks, dish machine, etc.
- Dishwashing procedures will be followed.
- Timely and efficient delivery of food from main kitchen to satellite kitchens.
- Adherence to all sanitation and food handling protocols.
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures of Encore Village and regulatory authorities.
- Maintenance of confidentiality of all pertinent resident information to assure residents' rights and employee confidentiality are protected.
- Proper personal appearance and hygiene according to established procdures.
- Attendance and participation in in-service training programs.
- Reporting of all hazardous conditions or equipment.
- Clean kitchen floor drains.
- Table and pantry busing
- Assisting in food preparation as directed.
- Full understanding of sanitation, foodborne illnesses and cross-contamination policies and procedures.
- Good communication skills; must be able to demonstrate effective reading and speaking skills.
- Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends as assigned.
