Job Summary :

The Lead Preschool Teacher plans lessons and instructs children in activities according to an approved curriculum designed to promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.

Establishes and maintains a safe and healthy learning environment.

Job Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.

The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and love for working with young children.

This position requires a CDA, TCC or a degree in ECCE or related field

Key Responsibilities :

• Curriculum Development :
• Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Integrate creative arts, language, math, and science into daily lessons.

• Potty training / diaper changes may be required
• Classroom Management :
• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.

Manage classroom behavior and guide children in developing social skills and emotional regulation.

Organize and maintain classroom materials and resources.

• Assessment and Evaluation :
• Observe and assess each child’s progress, skills, and needs.

Provide feedback and reports to parents or guardians regarding child development and behavior.

Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and activities.

• Communication :
• Foster open and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.

Address concerns and provide support to families as needed.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.

• Health and Safety :
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment.

Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications : o CDA or TCC

o Associate’s degree in ECCE or related field
