Position Overview :
We’re looking for an experienced, part-time baristas who knows how to deliver excellent service with a smile. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to perfection
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and café
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment
Qualifications :
- barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
- Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment confidently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for coffee and a desire to continually improve skills
