Job Description :
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Step Down or Intermediate Care setting.
- Monitor patient progress and identify any changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
- Uphold the highest standards of healthcare and patient safety.
