CDL A / B Trash Truck Driver

As a CDL A / B Driver for our waste management company, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our waste collection vehicles. You will ensure timely and courteous service to our customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Operate waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently on designated routes.
• Collect and transport waste to appropriate disposal or recycling facilities.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and improve service delivery.
• Demonstrate a commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability.
• Qualifications :
• Valid CDL A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in waste management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High level of dedication, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours : No less than 40 per week

• Commercial driving : 1 year (Required)

• Air Brake Endorsement (Preferred)
