Position Summary :

National Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the installation of EV charging stations and solar canopy systems. This role involves supervising electrical crews, coordinating with civil subcontractors, ensuring code compliance, and managing project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy infrastructure and be comfortable with frequent travel.

K ey Responsibilities : (Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary)

• Lead and supervise electrical installations for EV charging and solar canopy systems
• Coordinate with civil subcontractors to align electrical work with structural components
• Interpret and integrate electrical and civil blueprints with site plans
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other safety and electrical standards
• Conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, utility companies, and local authorities
• Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and inventory
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely, on-budget completion
• Travel up to 75% to various project sites
