Our Expectations- Work with your hands, stay on the move, solve people's problems, never get bored, and never stop learning! As a residential property management Maintenance Technician Lead , you will be responsible for providing our current residents with support by completing work orders for various items, such as appliance repair or troubleshooting (including A / C), general plumbing concerns, garbage disposals, smoke or CO2 detectors, and some electrical issues.
Additionally, you will assist the property by preparing units for a new "move-in". This could consist of drywall patching or repair, painting, appliance repair or replacement, and / or anything inside the unit that would need to be fixed to make the unit polished and ready for the new resident to move in.
You will coordinate with the community manager to ensure work processes and budgets are accurate and maintainable and perform upkeep to make the community the best it can be.
