Magnum Roofing & Restoration is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. This leadership role serves as a cornerstone for business growth.
This role is required attention to detail for workmanship / quality control purposes.This position is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and Find Roof leaks (Shingle, Tile, Metal, TPO)
- Complete necessary repairs to fix roof leaks
- Make sure jobsite are setup properly and all required equipment and material are on site
- Hire, manage, and schedule crews for all jobs including new roofs, repairs, and warranty items.
- Performing quality control checks on all installs during and post production
- Communicate all job activity to the sales reps and home office
- Conducts performance reviews and provides development plans for quality control associates.
