Molinari Pools is searching for a Swimming Pool Cleaning Professional / Route Technician to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a great work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a superb track record for excellent customer service. In this role you will communicate professionally with clients to establish trust and ensure retention, and performing routine pool and spa maintenance including but not limited to brushing pool walls, testing and administering chemicals, cleaning filters, vacuuming debris, and skimming leaves and debris off pool surfaces.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Provide excellent service to residential and commercial customers.
• Comply with all safety procedures, including safe working and driving practices.
• Promote company values and customer care while contributing to the team-based environment.
• Inspect pools for Health Department Compliance of Operational and Safety Concerns.
• Carry necessary equipment, supplies, and materials from the service truck to the customer’s pool for service.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed by completing and submitting assigned work orders.
• Maintain chemistry and safety cleanliness standards for each respective customer.
