We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Director to oversee our our upscale full service operations across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and leadership. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage teams, drive process improvements, and ensure operational excellence within the region.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor regional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee operations management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all locations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to optimize business outcomes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate project management efforts for regional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Experience
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within a leadership role.
- Strong background in business development with a track record of successful negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations effectively.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and operations management best practices.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
