Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Operations Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in Savannah. This position uniquely merges sales and operational duties, making it perfect for individuals with a solid background in the commercial cleaning sector, established connections, and a fervor for acquiring customers and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales (65%)
- Identify and analyze potential clients to grow the customer base in Savannah.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to introduce the company and communicate its value.
- Transform prospects into loyal clients through effective dialogue and customized solutions.
- Keep the CRM updated with interactions to monitor progress.
- Perform live demonstrations of cleaning services to highlight quality.
Operations (35%)
- Develop comprehensive work orders to assist the technician team in service execution.
- Ensure that the technician team comprehends the details of each task.
- Monitor service delivery quality and follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the commercial cleaning field is preferred.
- A demonstrated history of success in sales, especially in service-oriented industries.
- A well-established network and connections within the local market.
- Capability to oversee operational tasks and lead a team of service technicians.
- Self-driven with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
