Job Description :
UX Designer will partner with a cross-functional team of product, engineering, key stakeholders, and designers to create an end-to-end customer experience for our digital community.
In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.
Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to drive adoption and usage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The essential functions include, but are not limited to :
- Strong UI / UX design skills showcasing problem-solving techniques focused on the customer.
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping techniques, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to support evidence-focused design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and process.
- Define and execute a customer-centric strategy to focus on the customer experience through user research.
- Strong journey mapping experience.
- Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs.
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Create personas through user research and data.
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Work with existing UI Developer to create wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant discipline such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer responsible for wireframes, prototyping, and designs advocating for customer experience.

- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web application projects, detailing your role and process.
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proven expertise in creating designs that work seamlessly across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Background in project management and research.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma).
- Some knowledge of HTML / CSS; JavaScript / React is a plus.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Analytical mind with a business acumen.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and thought processes.
Special Requirements :
- Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours.
- Availability for occasional travel.

Pay : $59.00 - $60.00 per hour
