Sidel Is looking for a highly motivated Accountant to be responsible for quality and accuracy of financial data, who can effectively analyze and explain financial results to management successfully support Finance Manager in daily, monthly, and quarterly duties
Your Mission
Month-End Close
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
- Identify errors in financials and make appropriate correcting journal entries
- Inter-company billings
- Report weekly sales of spare parts
- Record monthly recurring journal entries
- Calculate, review, and record work-in-progress inventory
- Make entries for inventory obsolescence provisions
- Prepare monthly sales and margin uploads
- Prepare monthly inventory reports
- Manage new assets and monthly depreciation
- Manage new vendor setup and changes
- Input non-productive hours
Other Responsibilities :
- Assist with budget preparation and revised forecasts
- Support audit schedules as needed
- Perform all other accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
- Support Treasury as needed
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience is required. Manufacturing experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage time and work in team environment
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- High level of proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Access
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Able to work independently and productively from home as required
