The Mid Market Field Account Manager is accountable for client and member education as well as escalated service issues of 51-99 business customers.
If you are located in Chicago, IL, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities :
In this position, the Mid Market Field Account Manager is responsible for the following :
Seamlessly leverages technology to conduct open enrollment meetings, Lunch and Learns and build awareness of wellness programsSuccessfully manages a large volume of cases and activity virtually and in personDevelops and maintains internal and external relationshipsIndependently and proactively acts as a consultative resource for the customerActs as a strategic partner and consultative resource to the customer, responsible for the customer’s total educational experienceUses our CRM (Solaris) to track groups engagement and proactively plan future touchpointsCommunicates administrative and program changes to the customerPartners with the CSO / DCSMs and matrixed teams to resolve any escalated issues sent to the Field AccountManager, the Strategic Account Executive / Renewal Account Executive, or other field employeeTrains and educates customers on UHC portals and eTools as appropriate

Required Qualifications :
- Insurance license as required by law within 30 days of hire
- 2+ years of experience in managing customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other virtual productivity tools
- Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence internal business partners
- Proven superior virtual presentation skills in both small and large group settings
- Proven advanced Analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- 3+ years of health care industry experience
- Human Resources or Medical Benefits experience
- Proven ability to work with external customers such as employers, consumers, consultants, and brokers in a virtual environment
