Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy and commercial litigation team with a hybrid work schedule based in Trenton, NJ.
- Responsibilities : Work on bankruptcy matters, commercial litigation, and real estate / transactional work.* Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft legal documents, including motions and contracts.* Interact with clients and adversaries directly.* Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications : Qualifications* 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation or real estate / transaction work.* Admission to the New Jersey bar required (PA and / or NY admission a plus).
Strong legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
