Your efforts will be of significant importance to our team and clients. The position is an in-office five days per week, Monday through Friday role located at 2970 Brandywine Rd. Chamblee, GA 30341.

Summary
Previous experience in legal case management is preferred.
Responsible for managing the Case Management Program for all clients. This includes but is not limited to client intake, case management, client relations, medical provider relations, law firm relations and compliance.
This role will be responsible for the direct oversight of 80 employees spread across three countries and includes the creation, implementation, and monitoring of key performance indicators for the Case Management Program.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Senior Office Operations Manager (SOOM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions, from managing Case Manager (CM) and coordinating office activities to handling financial matters and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
The SOOM plays an integral role in ensuring the company's smooth operation by optimizing efficiency and productivity while maintaining a high level of service quality.
By fostering an organized and supportive environment, the SOOM enables staff to concentrate on their legal cases, thereby facilitating the Company’s ability to meet its clients’ needs effectively and efficiently.
Through strategic planning and resource management, this role supports the Company’s objectives, contributing to its overall success and sustainability.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to create and execute strategic and tactical goals to satisfy the organization’s Vision, Mission, and CORE Values.
- Responsible for the department and individual goals for each team member.
- Hire, train, supervise, develop and evaluate the Case Management Team leadership and staff.
- Oversee team schedules, workflows, and efficiencies.
- Assign responsibilities based on each staff member’s strengths and provide ongoing support and feedback.
- Ensure the efficient execution of policies, procedures and processes are compliant and carried out properly.
- Manage client interactions and communications smoothly by facilitating communication between attorneys, support staff, and clients.
- Collaborate and work closely with the technology, legal, compliance, human resources, and marketing teams.
- Maintain and manage the weekly Performance Dashboard.
Skills And Qualifications
- Ability to lead, develop, and teach others through strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Three or more proven years of experience managing a successful team.
- Proven experience hiring and training a team.
- Paralegal and law firm experience required.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Ability to build community and camaraderie.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must be precise in gathering, organizing, and filing documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must develop relationships and work well as a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Personal injury experience in a law firm preferred.
- Strong desire to grow a team and help the organization grow.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to move inside the office to access cabinets, machinery, etc.
Education And / or Experience Requirements
- BS / BA in Business Administration, Management is preferred, and / or equivalent experience can be substituted on a year-per-year basis.
- Must communicate (orally and written) effectively in English; Bilingual is a plus.
