Cobalt is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic and high-achieving team. You will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify customer needs, define product requirements, and drive the product roadmap from conception to launch.

You will help define what success means for a product and inspire your team to transform that vision into a tangible reality.

You Will :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, ensuring understanding of our goals and customer needs.
  • Engage with customers, conduct user research, and gather feedback to continually enhance and improve the product experience.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and other teams to prioritize features, set timelines, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and stay ahead of the market.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, promoting their needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze user insights, and use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.

You Have :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of product management experience ideally in SaaS software. Consumer software experience is also acceptable.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate teams, ensuring alignment towards product goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, competition, and customer insights.
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to stay up-to-date with industry advancements (GenAI, LLMs).
  • Solid understanding of UX design best practices and technology / engineering concepts.
  • Experience and comfort with being client-facing.
  • Experience with the following software : JIRA, Confluence, Heap, Intercom, LaunchDarkly, Excel.

The budgeted salary range for this position in the states of Connecticut and New York is $120,000 - $160,000.
