Salary : $63-$72
Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.
The BCBA will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and supervision of ABA therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team of professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to children in home and school settings
- Development Programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Progress Report Writing and case management
- Attend Bi-weekly clinical meetings
- Attend Bi-weekly leadership meetings
- Provide BST training to Behavior interventionists
- Update and maintain BIPs in Central Reach
- Conduct FBAs and intakes as needed
- Provide supervision and training to BCBA supervisees
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child development, communication disorders, education, or related field
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong clinical skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse communities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish) is a plus.
