Job Description
We are looking to hire a Top Secret (TS / SCI preferred) Deputy Program Manager to support CISA. This is a hybrid role (3 days remote / 2 days on-site in Washington D.
C.). In order to be considered, you must possess a minimum of 10 years experience, hold an active PMP certification, and have a minimum of an active Top Secret clearance.
Experience supporting a cybersecurity organization or program is also a requirement.
Responsibilities :
- Serve in the full capacity and authority of the Program Manager in their absence.
- Provide program management capability and professional business relations with a diverse customer base and across a multi-disciplined team which includes Acquisition Managers, Executive Assistants, Business Analysts, Financial Analysts, Strategic Communications, Graphics Artists, Training and Exercise personnel, Information Managers and Data Analysts.
- Formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute requirements, including the timeliness, completeness and quality of problem identification, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), timely identification and resolution of issues, effective / responsive management of Subcontractors, overall customer satisfaction, and professional and ethical behavior.
- Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.
- Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain an effective Project Management Plan and Quality Control (QC) program to include a schedule of deliverables and monthly reporting requirements.
- Manage Profit / Loss contract responsibilities.
- Support Business Development opportunities that are related to the individuals assigned contract and personal expertise.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of Top Secret clearance (SCI Eligibility)
- Prior experience supporting Cybersecurity related organizations (CISA preferred)
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ recent and relevant experience managing the subject task in a contract of similar size and scope.
- Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- MUST hold an active PMP certification
