Associate Medical Director, Ambulatory Care & Population Health
BronxCare Health System, a major teaching hospital and health system, now has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Medical Director, Ambulatory Care & Population Health .
- The Associate Medical Director will assist the Medical Director, Ambulatory Care & Population Health, in recruitment; evaluation of Ambulatory Care clinical staff;
- quality improvement projects; development and implementation of strategic initiatives; compliance with regulatory standards;
and management of remote patient monitoring programs. Additional responsibilities include the provision of direct outpatient care, as well as collaborating with the Population Health team in developing community health programs and supervising the Outreach team in achieving excellence in ambulatory care quality measures
Qualified candidates must have a medical degree (M.D. or D.O.), board certification, and New York State license. A minimum of five years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting and previous management experience are required.
We offer a competitive salary of $283,500 and comprehensive benefits.
