Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location : Edison, NJ 08820
Duration : 13-week contract (extendable)
Shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM (8 hours / day, 40 hours / week)
Job Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Collects non-interpretable data systematically, focusing on the patient’s physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
- Assistance with Daily Activities : Provides hygienic care, assists with patient ambulation and meals under the direction of a registered professional nurse.
- Patient Positioning & Care : Positions patients as needed, provides pre-operative, post-operative, and post-mortem care.
- Patient Safety : Ensures a safe patient environment by promptly answering call lights and reporting any changes in the patient's condition to the RN.
- Tailored Care Delivery : Identifies and assesses the specific needs of the patient population served and adjusts care accordingly.
Educational Requirements :
- Minimum Education : High School Diploma (HSD)
